Return policy

Pitch Black Printing co. will accept, for
return or exchange, items that are in new
condition, unaltered, and free of damages by
the customer. For a refund or exchange, mail
out your item within 30 days from the
purchase date. please include your order
receipt inside the return box. Items cannot be
returned or exchanged after 30 days from
the purchase date. items must be returned in
the original packaging. Refund or credit will
be released upon receipt and acceptance of
undamaged items in the original packaging.
original and return shipping will not be
refunded.

Cancellations

In the unlikely event you wish to cancel your
order, you may contact us at
info@pitchblackprintingco.com with your full
name and email you made the purchase with.
If we are unable to cancel your order, we
will notify you via email. this means your
order has already been processed and it is no
longer possible to make changes or cancel
this order.
